Organisational StructureThe Council of CYC is the governing body of CYC. The Council consists of the director and not more than than 12 ordinary members.CYC CouncilThe Council of CYC is the governing body or board of management of Catholic Youth Care. It consists of 7 members and the Director. All are appointed by the Archbishop of Dublin. Members of the Council serve for a three year period, renewable. The Council is responsible for the areas of finance, employment and policy. Day to day management of the agency resides with the director and his management staff. The members of Council are:P. J.
