Re: Summer Projects 2011 Dear Secretary, Our first mailing for 2011 includes information and application forms as follows: Registration Form Criteria for Registration 2011 Commuter Ticket Form Insurance Premiums 2011 Programme Ideas Code of Good Youth Work Practice for the Protection of Children Child Protection Arrangements and Procedures for CYC Summer Projects Child Protection Arrangements for Summer Project ‘Family Day Trips’ Please note the closing date for the receipt of completed Registration Forms is: Friday 13th May 2011. It is a requirement for registration with CYC that all members of your Management Committee and voluntary leaders have participated in a Child Protection Training Programme and that the Code of Good Youth Work Practice is at all times adhered to. All new volunteers, leaders and helpers must comply with CYC Recruitment and Selection Procedures which include Garda Vetting. All junior leaders and helpers (aged 16+) must also comply with Garda Vetting (will require Parental Consent for Garda Vetting). All payments to Summer Projects will be made directly to the project’s Bank Account. Name of Account, Bank Account Number and Sort Code must be supplied to CYC.
